1. Full Refund Within 24 Hours

Orders may be canceled with a full refund within 24 hours after the order is placed.

2. Refund Requests After 24 Hours

After 24 hours, orders typically enter fulfillment review, preparation, or logistics processing.

  • Full refunds are no longer available
  • A partial refund may be issued, depending on the order status

Partial refunds:

  • Up to 50% of the order amount may be refunded
  • Shipping fees, handling costs, and any incurred logistics or customs fees will be deducted. The final refund amount will be determined based on the actual processing status of the order.

3. No Refunds After Shipping

Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered shipped.

  • No refunds are available after shipment
  • This policy applies to all wholesale orders without exception

4. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Due to the special nature of vaping products, no refunds will be issued if delivery fails as a result of incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address information provided by the buyer.

  • Buyers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details
  • Any reshipping costs, return fees, or additional logistics charges shall be borne by the buyer
  • If reshipment is not possible, the order will be considered completed and non-refundable

5. Quality Issues & Defective Products

If you receive products with manufacturing defects or quality issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods.

How to report a quality issue:

  • Include your order number
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions, depending on the situation:

  • Replacement of defective items
  • Reshipment with a future order
  • Partial compensation
