  • Processing delay: Logistics providers typically take 24–48 hours to update status after shipment confirmation.

2. How long does shipping take for my order?

Standard shipping times:

  • 7–15 business days for orders shipped from China.
  • 3–5 business days for orders shipped from our Europe warehouse.
  • Up to 20 business days during peak seasons or due to weather/regional delays.

3. My tracking status hasn’t changed for days — what should I do?

Static statuses often result from:
